You’ll need to take one to three milligrams of the Ketotifen a day depending on your weight. You should know that Ketotifen makes most people very sleepy, so it is advisable to take this medication before bed. Ketotifen also makes many people hungry, but if you take it at night this shouldn’t be an issue as you’ll be asleep and less likely to notice the hunger if you get this side effect associated with the drug.
